Description

To claim CME credit and complete this activity, purchase the CME FactFinder by going to the Course Catalog in SpineNet. Read the FactFinder and take the post test. A score of 80% or higher is needed to pass the post test. Once you have passed the test, go to the My Learning tab in SpineNet and click the Click here to print your transcript link to print and download your CME transcript.

Learners will be awarded CME credit after passing the post-test with a score of 75% or higher. Each learner will receive three attempts to pass the post test. After three attempts withoutpassing, the fee paid for the activity will be forfeited and no CME credit will be awarded. Before submitting the test, there is a review screen for learners to review his/her answers before submitting each attempt.
