Join your colleagues for the SIS Annual Meeting—From Molecules to Medicine: Emerging Spine Care, August 14-17, 2019, in New York City. The General Session offers 19 CME credits, starts with a Welcome Reception at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 14, and closes Saturday, August 17, 2019.

General Session Registration Fees - Before July 23, 2019
Physician Members - $925 ($1,075 without confirmed headquarter hotel reservation)
Military Physicians, Fellows, Residents, and Medical Student Members - $500 ($650 without headquarter hotel reservation)
Allied Health Professionals - $625 ($775 without confirmed headquarter hotel reservation - please contact SIS at 630.203.2252 to gain access to the online registration system)
Non-Member Physicians - $1,575 ($1,725 without confirmed headquarter hotel reservation)

Register early and save. All Annual Meeting rates increase by $100 on July 23, 2019, and again on August 13, 2019. To secure the best rate for the SIS Annual Meeting be sure to make your reservation at the New York Hilton Midtown first and then use the discount code you receive in the hotel confirmation email to register for the meeting at the lowest rate possible. Separate registration is required for the 5K and pre and post courses.

Continuing Medical Education (CME)
The Spine Intervention Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
