My Donation History

Dear all,

In the spirit of the holiday season, I would like to encourage you to support our specialty community and our patients. In order to facilitate the mission of the Spine Intervention Society and pursue our shared vision of high quality, safe and effective spine care for all patients, we need your help. As outlined below, you can choose to donate specifically to Advocacy, Research, or Education, as well as to the General Fund.

Any amount that you feel comfortable giving is wonderful (even if it is only $25); the action is more important than the denomination. Having full participation helps make the case to other donors to give to SIS.

Your generosity will help make a difference in our profession and in the lives of our patients.

Thank you,

Zachary L. McCormick MD
SIS Fundraising Committee Chair

Donate to the SIS General Fund

By donating to the SIS General Fund, you help preserve patient access to crucial spine intervention procedures and give SIS the flexibility to address the most urgent challenges and opportunities across all areas of research, education, and advocacy.

With current threats to spine interventions, such as the most recent one in the State of Oregon where patients on Medicaid no longer have access to any evidence-based interventional spine procedures for back pain, your support is more important than ever.

Donate to SIS Advocacy

  • Help preserve reasonable reimbursement rates
  • Assist in promotion of appropriate payer coverage policies

Donate to SIS Research

  • Fund studies that will address critical gaps in the evidence base
  • Enable SIS to analyze new research findings for busy interventional spine care providers
  • Strengthen mentorship and provide support for members interested in performing research

Donate to SIS Education

  • Help SIS bring quality education to every interventional practitioner in the US and around the world
  • Enable the development of online education
  • Support a forum for the identification, clarification, and resolution of controversies in spine intervention
